Sebabnya pd salah satu resep bolu gulung yg sy baca dipake jg piping bag, dan pd resep itu tdk dijelaskan gunanya piping bag yg sudah diisi adonan.Resep bl gulung itu tdk komplet. Kalo mau, bisa beli gula buttercream, mirip simple syrup. Tapi kalo mau bikin sendiri, sebaiknya bikin yang kental, supaya buttercreamnya gak jadi terlalu encer. Bisa 1:1 gula dengan airnya.
